The SARS-CoV-2 RNA Qualitative test is a molecular diagnostic test that detects the presence of coronavirus (COVID-19) RNA in a sample. It is performed using RT-PCR (Real-Time Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction) — the gold standard test for COVID-19.
