SARAL was established in 1984 under the professional guidance of Dr. Ravi Gupta, MD (Radio Diagnosis), Delhi University, with a clear vision and commitment to provide the latest and most accurate medical investigations.

Brief History
Dr. Ravi Gupta has always believed in installing the latest and most advanced technology required for laboratory and imaging services. By continuously upgrading facilities in line with evolving medical science, SARAL has grown from a small laboratory and X-ray unit into a comprehensive multi-modality diagnostic centre offering a wide range of clinical and imaging investigations under one roof.
Today, SARAL is equipped with advanced technologies such as high-end 1.5T MRI systems, 1163-slice spiral CT scanners, Digital PET-CT, 4D Ultrasound, Fibroscan, Digital and Computerised X-ray, Bone Densitometry (DEXA), Electro-physiological studies, Mammography, OPG, fully automated clinical laboratories, Holter, PFT, ECHO, Doppler, Sleep Study, and Uroflowmetry.
SARAL is the first multi-modality diagnostic centre in the country to receive the prestigious NABH–MIS accreditation for imaging services from the Quality Council of India. This achievement reflects the highest standards of quality in imaging sciences. SARAL is also the first ISO 9001:2015 certified diagnostic centre in Delhi and the first NABL-accredited laboratory in North West Delhi.
Dr. Gupta firmly believes that advanced technology delivers results only when operated by skilled and committed professionals. With this philosophy, he has built a team of experienced consultants who ensure accuracy, reliability, and excellence in diagnostic reporting. SARAL’s quality standards are further strengthened through external quality control and third-party certifications from reputed institutions such as AIIMS, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Bio-Rad (USA), and CMC Vellore.
