Your Privacy Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you. Use this form to:
- Access a summary of your data and how it is processed
- Correct or update inaccurate data
- Erase your data where it is no longer required
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf (in case of death or incapacity)
- Raise a grievance about how your data is handled
How we respond: we resolve requests within 90 days
of receipt, as required under the DPDP Act. For any concern, you may contact our
grievance officer at care@sar.al.
