Timely collection of sample and reports on time at reasonable prices. Got the report on given time even on Sunday. Better than other service providers in the surrounding. It was really a great experience. I would definitely recommend this lab to others. Mr. Ravi Gupta is super professional at his work and he is very friendly and also helps in diagnosing the disease. Will recommend everyone.

Saral Diagnostics has been our favourite lab for last about more than 20 years. I have visited this place umpteen number of times especially for radiological tests.

I take this opportunity to record a word of appreciation for the staff deployed there in the basement. They are very polite, helpful and respond with promptitude and spontaneity. During last 20 years of my experience, I have never found any of the staff losing his or her temper. I express my heart-felt gratitude to the staff deployed in the basement, to Dr Abhinav Aggarwal who performed the USG and the doctor at 3rd level who did the X-ray. Last but not the least, I'm immensely grateful to you who has always come to my rescue to resolve any difficulty. I pray incessant blessings of the almighty God for you and your Team Saral!

Nice to see you were sitting with Your team at the Main Counter for reviewing, How the team have been performing. You Were even attending the Prescription also, when any new one is coming. In Humble words, explaining the Procedure & Commercial query also..... Again I have seen, you were in the account section.

Today I would like to have a special word of Appreciation for Madam Pooja Jain, in the Basement, coordinating Ultrasound. Due to procedure activity, I was there for the 2 hours, I notice, She was attending each & every Patient with Smile, Running with the Paper in ever room, taking Prints from Paper, explaining every one, with the smile. As this procedure take the time, Normal course Patient doesn't able to Maintain Patience & raises same query again & again. To reply them, again & again to Multiple query, it is not easy to Maintain patience with Smiling face & keep the voice cool & soothing. But she was doing--- Please convey My regards & Blessing to Madam Pooja.
