Preparation / Prerequisite
If female age is less than 35 Years , USG breast is advised.
2. Mammo can be done at age of < 35 , if family H/O Cancer breast, other breast has Cancer
3. Mammo routinely should not be repeated before 1 yr - unless strongly indicated
3. If u have breast implant - inform techie - will get info about position of implant but limited info about breast
4. If you are a breastfeeding mother, avoid mammo & inform techie before undergoing mammography. Try USG breast after consulting your doctor.
5. Avoid mammo during pregnancy
6. Do mammo before FNAC

TAT Policy
The Turnaround Time (TAT) depends on the following factors:
- Registration date and time
- Type of scan or test
- Scan time or sample collection time
In uncommon circumstances, TAT may be delayed due to test complexity or reasons beyond our control. You will be informed of the estimated TAT at the time of registration.
