Mechanical axis calculations Hip–knee–ankle (HKA) angle
Osteoarthritis evaluation
Useful for diagnosing:Genu valgum (knock knees)Genu varum (bow legs)
Prior apponment preferable.No Preparation required. Rule out pregnancy.. If pregnant, confirm necessity of test and use precautions.
