This study includes an AP erect weight-bearing view along with a lateral view of the left knee. The erect AP view helps assess joint space narrowing under load, which is critical in arthritis evaluation. The lateral view complements it by showing patellar alignment, effusion, and hidden fractures. This combined study provides a detailed assessment of left knee pathology.
