The Insulin GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test with Insulin Levels) measures insulin secretion at multiple time intervals after a glucose load. It provides a detailed assessment of Insulin sensitivity, Insulin resistance, Pancreatic beta-cell function, Glucose–insulin dynamic response. It is one of the most accurate outpatient tests for evaluating metabolic disorders, especially early-stage insulin resistance.
