The Glucose Panel (Fasting & Post-Prandial) includes two essential blood glucose tests 1. Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG) – After 8–12 hours fasting
2. Post-Prandial (PP) Blood Glucose – 2 hours after a meal

Overnight fasting mandatory. Collect fasting specimen. Ask patient to have a normal to heavy meal. Note the time patient finishes meal. Collect PP sample between 1.45 hrs to 2 hours.
