The Electrolytes Blood Test measures the levels of the three major electrolytes in blood are Sodium (Na), Potassium (K) and Chloride (Cl). These electrolytes are essential for maintaining fluid balance, nerve function, muscle activity, heart rhythm, and acid–base balance.
