BONE DENSITOMETRY

This comprehensive DEXA Whole Body + Double Site scan combines total body composition analysis with detailed bone mineral density assessment at two key sites (spine and hip). It provides insight into overall bone mass, fat distribution, and lean tissue composition. The scan lasts about 30–40 minutes and is entirely non-invasive. Using dual-energy X-rays, it delivers precise measurements with minimal radiation exposure. Physicians use the results to assess osteoporosis, evaluate body composition for metabolic or nutritional disorders, and guide personalized treatment. It’s ideal for athletes, elderly patients, or those undergoing weight management or hormone therapy.
