About This Test
Malaria is a protozoan parasitic infection, prevalent in subtropical and tropical parts of the world. The qualitative determination of malaria histidine rich protein (HRP2) and lactate dehydrogenase in human blood as an aid in the diagnosis of malaria infection. This includes PLASMODIUM VIVAX (PLDH) & PLASMODIUM FALCIPARUM (HRP2).
