Anti dengue virus IgG starts rising during 5-7 days after primary infection and the highest IgG titers appear during the 3rd week of Trace primary infection.
IgG antibodies is positive by IgM is low or negative, indicates past infection.
IgG antibody levels in convalescent samples taken from primary dengue infected individuals may rise above the threshold of the assay. It is recommended that samples be tested within6-15 days for accurate primary and secondary differentiated.
