4 mL (2 mL min.) Whole blood / Bone marrow in 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube. Ship refrigerated. DO NOT FREEZE. Indicate Date of Bone MarrowTransplant. Whole blood is the preferred sample. Provide Pre Chimerism report/Lab number (if tested at LPL) with the Post chimerism sample.

The Turnaround Time (TAT) for a test depends on the following factors:
- Registration date and time
- Type of scan or test
- Scan time or sample collection time
