About This Test
This test is useful for assessing the risk of hereditary cancer. The test covers 200 genes targetting hereditary cancers. The genes selected are based on the NCCN guidelines and peer reviewed literature. The cancers covered are Breast, Ovarian, Uterine, Stomach, Endocrine Pancreas, Esophagus, Colorectal, Endometrium, Ovarian, Bone, Thyroid, Kidneys, Urinary tract, Lung, Prostate, Central nervous system, Head & Neck, Liver, Cervix, Exocrine Pancreas, Small Intestine, Blood, Soft tissue, Skin, Peripheral nervous system & Endocrine glands.

Preparation / Prerequisite
10 mL (8 mL min.) Whole blood in 1 Lavender Top (EDTA) tube. Ship immediately at 18–22°C. DO NOT REFRIGERATE OR FREEZE. Duly filled Oncopro Hereditary Cancer Risk Clinical Information Form (Form 27) is mandatory.
