IMMUNOPHENOTYPING BY FLOW CYTOMETRY: LEUKEMIA DIAGNOSTIC PANEL ACUTE LEUKEMIA -T, B or MYELOID (Z268
Also Known As:
Immunophenotyping Acute Leukemia/Myeloid
About This Test
This panel aids in the diagnosis and characterisation of neoplasms of hematopoietic origin. Results are useful in the differential diagnosis, therapeutic monitoring and detection of relapses of Acute leukemias which can be Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) or Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It is important to distinguish between the two as the therapy depends on the morphology.

The Leukemia Diagnostic Panel for acute leukemia uses immunophenotyping by flow cytometry to identify the lineage of leukemic blasts—whether they are of T-cell, B-cell, or myeloid origin. This information is crucial for accurate diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment planning.
TAT Policy
The Turnaround Time (TAT) depends on the following factors:
- Registration date and time
- Type of scan or test
