It is commonly indicated for conditions such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord tumors, metastases, infections, trauma, or congenital anomalies. MRI Lumbosacral Spine focuses on the lower spine, evaluating lumbar vertebrae, intervertebral discs, sacrum, and nerve roots. It uses similar sequences, emphasizing disc degeneration, herniation, stenosis, and nerve impingement.
