FNAC Reporting (2 sides) -Delhi

CYTOPATHOLOGY

FNAC Reporting (2 sides)

About This Test

FNAC reporting is booked when FNAC is done through CT guided FNAC or USG guided FNAC on two different lesions or locations in the same patient during a single visit and our pathologist just needs to do the reporting only. The collected material is then smeared on slides, stained, and examined under a microscope. The reporting of FNAC helps determine whether a lesion is non-cancerous (benign), cancerous (malignant), or infectious/inflammatory. This test is done to diagnose tumours, detect infections, evaluate cystic lesions.
