    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s co-Chief Executive Officer. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the executive member.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners

- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the executive’s calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Audit compliance of payroll, corporate policies, employee benefit and wellness programs with all employment laws and regulations.

- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
- Oversee employee training and development programs.
- Shortlist and schedule leadership development and training programs, and networking opportunities.
- Audit payroll and compensation pipeline.
- Assist the executive in conducting performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between management and employees.

 

Experience: Minimum 3 years with CXO of 100cr+ turnover company

Minimum Job requirement : 2 years with last employer 

- Older than 30 years old

- Bachelor’s in Marketing / Law / Finance

Requirements and Skills

- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent Google Workspace knowledge

- Prior experience with HRMS. 
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Stringent work timings

- High School degree 
- PA diploma or certification
Hybrid working out of Pitampura HQ. Travel on-need-basis
