Content marketing (including case of the month, technical videos and non-transactional videos), Whatsapp replies / Reply to Google reviews & Messages / Maintain reply logs and share with compliance team, Ticket management, Website chatbot replies/automation, approve social media posts/content, website updation maintenance and optimisation, SEO keywords, local SEO and blogs, Google Ads, Meta Ads, MIS reports - website monitors, social media, competitor analysis, off-page SEO, verify website indexing, budget of Rs.10k online campaigns, lead aggregation and analytics, make sales funnel.
